Refund of money or exchange of services

  1. You can request a refund by sending an e-mail to our manager with a number of the application, the date of the service, with a request to cancel this order.
  2. The money will be returned within 7 days to the settlement account, from which the payment was made.
  3. Order may cancel without charges for 30 days prior to the provision of services.
  4. If you cancel an order less than 14 days, the bank takes a commission of 40%.
  5. If you cancel an order less than 3 days the bank takes a commission of 100%.
